Stall Holder Information\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Stall holders must provide hand sanitiser and keep regularly touched objects clean.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Please always keep your stall tidy and clean.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Please offer EFTPOS if possible
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Stall holders must pay their stall fees 7 days prior to the event.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Please only bring products that have been approved by the market organisers.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY
<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Market cancellations will be at the discretion of market organiser after careful considerations\u202fand consultation with the Venue
<\/span>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Extreme weather\u202fcancellations\u202f\u2013 stall fees\u202fwill be transferred to the next available date
<\/span>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Stall holder cancellation up\u202fto 5pm Thursday before,\u202fwill receive refund minus admin fee of $20 \u202f\u202f
<\/span>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Stall holder cancellation less than 48 hours prior to market will receive no refund or credit\u202f \u202f<\/span><\/p>\n

SETUP <\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Stall holders must use 3m x 3m gazebo unless otherwise negotiated
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Each marquee leg MUST be weighed down using commercial weights.\u00a0<\/p>\n

ELECTRICITY\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0No power will be available for stalls.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0If you need power, please bring a generator and let organisers know prior to event.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

INSURANCE<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0STALL HOLDERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN $20 MILLION PL INSURANCE. Please attach this with your application form.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Stall holders who fail to comply with this agreement, will not be invited back to trade at Boutique Markets.\u00a0<\/p>\n

FOOD\/COFFEE VENDORS:\u00a0<\/em><\/h4>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0No communal condiments \/ cutlery etc\u00a0
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Hand sanitiser available for customers to use when ordering and collecting\u00a0<\/p>\n

STALL HOLDER FAQ.<\/h4>\n

Do stall holders need insurance?\u00a0<\/em>
All stall holders must provide their own $20m public liability insurance. Please include this with your application. \u00a0<\/p>\n

What are the COVID safety requirements for stall holders?\u00a0<\/em>
All stall holders are required to have hand sanitiser on hand. Stallholders also are asked not to attend if they are having symptoms or have been a close contact.<\/p>\n

What happens if we have bad weather?\u00a0<\/em>
If we must cancel due to weather, we will contact stallholders via Facebook, email or text. We endeavour to make cancellations the day prior to the market.\u00a0<\/p>\n

How does the Stallholder Bump In Work?\u00a0<\/em>
Bump in information will be sent out the Thursday prior to the market. Please follow all staff instructions when setting up on site.\u00a0If you arrive late please check with staff whether you can still drive on site.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Can I have Signage\/flyers?\u00a0<\/em>
Stall holders unfortunately cannot have business cards\/flyers on tables. Instead, we ask stall holders to put any printed advertising into customers bags or hand them directly to customers.\u00a0 We recommend stall holders have their own signage which includes reminders to social distance\/use hand sanitiser etc whilst visiting your store. This is a recommendation and not compulsory.\u00a0<\/p>\n
